THE GREATER HERMISTON
BUSINESS OF THE DAY CONTEST RULES

1360 KOHU and 100.1FM The Q, are running a contest called The Greater Hermiston Business of the Day. Entries must be received at KOHU/The Q offices before 5 pm on October 5, 2009.

First and second place winners names will be announced October 8, 2009.

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

No purchase necessary.

The daily Greater Hermiston Business of the Day will be identified through promotional announcements Monday-Friday during July, August and September on 1360 KOHU and 100.1FM The Q.

The Business of the Day will change daily. Contestants must keep track of all of the businesses and their featured day(s) throughout the contest period and submit their list by the deadline (10/5/09) to qualify for the drawing.

Winners will be selected from all correctly completed entries via random drawing. Winners choose from The Greater Hermiston Business of the Day Sponsors and will receive a gift certificate from the selected business.

First prize is $1000 and Second prize is $500.

In the event of an insufficient number of correct entries, a random drawing from all entries will be held.

Employees of Westend Radio, LLC, sponsors of the contest, their representatives and their families or households are ineligible to win.

All contest entries are the property of KOHU and The Q.

All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that KOHU and The Q has the right to publicize, and/or broadcast his/her name or voice.

Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any/all taxes incurred on prizes received. In the event the winner chooses not to accept the grand prize, they will forfeit any and all claims to the prize, which can then be awarded to another entry at the discretion of KOHU/The Q.

All major prizes will be given away by KOHU/The Q.

Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries.
